Orofacial pain, known as OFP for short, is a recognized dental specialty of the American Dental Association. It is the management of chronic face and head pain using conservative, and mostly reversible, treatment methods. Dental sleep medicine involves evaluation of patients for sleep disorders and snoring and assessing their eligibility for oral appliance therapy. We fabricate custom devices and manage the sleep disorder. Our practice is limited to dental sleep medicine and the management of chronic pain conditions involving the face, head, oral cavity, nerve pain and the TMJ.
